COVID-19 POLICY
Masks are optional and at your discretion.

RESERVATION
We recommend scheduling your treatment in advance to ensure your preferred time is available. You can make a reservation by phone at +420 778 027 274. We accept cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We request that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged the full price of your services. Appointments made on the same day cannot be canceled or changed.

SIGN UP
For first-time clients, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment and fill out our short, confidential sign-in form.

LATE ARRIVALS
Please note that late arrivals will determine the length of your treatment. If you arrive later than your scheduled appointment time, your treatment will be shortened to accommodate the next guest and our cleaning procedures. Thank you for understanding.

MINOR POLICY
We require that persons under the age of 16 be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Before starting the massage, the signature and consent of the guardian and the minor are required. Parents must be present during the massage. We do not provide services to minors under the age of 14.

GIFT CARDS
Our gift cards are prepaid and can be purchased in-store. Please note that purchased gift cards cannot be redeemed on the same day of purchase.

FRIEND & FAMILY REFERRAL DISCOUNT
We greatly appreciate it when our clients tell their friends and family about Eastside Massage. When a friend or someone close to you comes and uses your name, you get a 100 CZK discount on your next massage!

PEACE AND QUIET POLICY
To maintain a relaxing environment, we ask that cell phones be kept on silent in the center. If you need to take a phone call, you can do so outside the clinic. Voices must be muted in the treatment room and the waiting room. thanks for your consideration.

LOST PROPERTY
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or abandoned property.
